Before you ask.

A free Claude account covers the basics but a Pro subscription (around £18 a month) unlocks Projects, Skills, and Artifacts, which are the features we spend most of the session on. If you are not yet on Pro, this session will make that decision straightforward.
This session is built for non-technical professionals. No code, no installation, no IT request needed. Everything runs in a web browser. If you can use a Google Doc, you can do everything covered here.
You receive the full replay. Being there live is better because you can ask questions in real time and get your specific use case answered on camera. If you have questions you want covered, submit them before the session and they will be addressed live.
The replay is for your personal use. Group rates are available for teams of three or more attending this session. On a Pro plan you are unlikely to hit limits during a 90-minute session. The main things that eat through your allowance are long chat histories and uploading large documents. We cover a few simple habits in the session: starting a fresh Project chat for new tasks, keeping uploaded files to what is actually needed, and using custom instructions to front-load context once rather than repeating it in every message.
